Amos has previously worked in economic development, international relations and in consumer food science for a FMCG company.
He is interested in sustainable business models in the food rescue sector and applied science to reduce food waste. He is passionate in seeing New Zealand entrepreneurs successfully take their ideas and innovations to the global market.
