Amos Palfreyman is passionate about sustainable food systems. He is the CEO and Co-founder at Miruku and an advisor at FoodHQ leading projects that connect food ideas to science.

Amos has previously worked in economic development, international relations and in consumer food science for a FMCG company.

He is interested in sustainable business models in the food rescue sector and applied science to reduce food waste. He is passionate in seeing New Zealand entrepreneurs successfully take their ideas and innovations to the global market.
