Vaughn graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Management Studies in 2016. Following which, he fulfilled his ambition to pursue higher studies by completing a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management Studies (Business). He has held a wide variety of roles from a Marketing Manager, Customer Relationship Manager to a Business Development Manager in numerous sectors including insurance, automobiles, aviation, media, and transport.

His passion for helping the community in any way possible is what has led him to where he is today. His journey at Just Zilch started as a volunteer, where he was so motivated by the work that was carried out that he decided to become a permanent part of it.
